How we work, step by step
From an indicative price to a final check with you after installation. The design and plans are free when you commission us to make the furniture to that project.
Indicative price
Send us photos, approximate dimensions, the address and what you need. We review the scope and give you an indicative price, subject to measurement.
Measurement
We arrange a visit to check the space, walls, services and access, and take the measurements needed for the design.
Design and project, if needed
If the job calls for it, we prepare the design and project plans after measuring. This work is free when you commission us to manufacture the furniture to those plans.
Final quotation
With the measurements confirmed, we agree the layout, materials, fittings, installation and price in a detailed quotation.
Approval and deposit
You review the proposal. Once you approve it, the agreed deposit starts the order.
Manufacture
We make the furniture to the approved design and prepare the pieces for delivery and fitting.
Installation
We bring the furniture to your property, fit it and adjust doors, fronts and finishing details.
Final check together
We check the furniture with you: openings, finishes and how everything works. We note any remaining adjustments.

Brief and first review
Photographs, rough dimensions, appliances, routines, references and the shortcomings of the current kitchen.
Technical survey
Walls, floors, openings, services, extraction, light points, access and the route into the room.
Layout and revisions
Cabinet plan, openings, exposed panels, work zones and the changes agreed before approval.
Material shortlist
A project manager narrows down fronts, worktops, interiors and hardware according to use, care and budget.
Manufacture coordination
The approved breakdown guides production and any confirmed worktop, appliance or trade coordination.
Delivery and fitting
Protection, assembly, door and drawer adjustment, finishing details and a final review with the client.
Building work, plumbing, electrics, appliances, dismantling and waste removal are included only when they are assessed and named in the written scope.
