The points at which your approval matters

A photograph may reveal the idea, but it cannot establish a production dimension. We visit the property to check walls, services and access. If drawings are needed, they show the layout and the parts you will see and use. The final quote records the agreed materials, fittings, delivery and any work outside our scope. Only then do we take the agreed deposit and release the furniture to the workshop. After fitting, we open and inspect the pieces with you and settle the balance under the agreed terms.

First estimate

Tell us what must fit, what stays in the room and which address we would visit. We identify the unknowns before suggesting a price range.

Measured proposal

The survey fixes dimensions. Drawings, finish samples and the itemised quote make the choices clear before approval.

Fitting and handover

Access is planned for the actual building. We adjust doors and drawers on site and review the result together.
