Sending a website enquiry does not place an order. The accepted quotation should identify the furniture, agreed work, price, taxes, payment stages and its period of validity.
2. Survey and approval
Rough sizes are useful at first. Manufacture follows the confirmed dimensions, design and specification approved for the project. Requested changes can alter price and lead time.
3. Samples and natural variation
Samples are used to compare colour and texture. Solid timber, veneer, stone and other natural surfaces can differ between pieces and respond to light and age.
4. Access and readiness
Please tell us about restrictions on delivery and fitting, and make the work area available as agreed. Unfinished building work or an undisclosed access issue may require a new date or additional work.
5. Delivery and handover
The quotation states which delivery, installation, adjustments and removal work are included. We review the fitted pieces at handover and provide relevant care information.
6. Consumer rights
The accepted project documents set out the specific terms. Nothing on this page removes rights that consumers have under applicable Spanish law.
