We could discuss the first version remotely, then confirm the points that genuinely needed checking at the Valencia property. Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. They did not promise that the first sketch was perfect. The second version was much better because it reflected how we actually use the room.”
