How we work, step by step

From an indicative price to a final check with you after installation. The design and plans are free when you commission us to make the furniture to that project.

Indicative price
Send us photos, approximate dimensions, the address and what you need. We review the scope and give you an indicative price, subject to measurement.
Measurement
We arrange a visit to check the space, walls, services and access, and take the measurements needed for the design.
Design and project, if needed
If the job calls for it, we prepare the design and project plans after measuring. This work is free when you commission us to manufacture the furniture to those plans.
Final quotation
With the measurements confirmed, we agree the layout, materials, fittings, installation and price in a detailed quotation.
Approval and deposit
You review the proposal. Once you approve it, the agreed deposit starts the order.
Manufacture
We make the furniture to the approved design and prepare the pieces for delivery and fitting.
Installation
We bring the furniture to your property, fit it and adjust doors, fronts and finishing details.
Final check together
We check the furniture with you: openings, finishes and how everything works. We note any remaining adjustments.

If the design needs integrated light, a mirror, glass or a worktop, we list it as a specific item. Appliances, textiles, decoration and removal of old furniture are discussed separately and included only when the proposal says so.

Work outside furniture

Building, plumbing, electrical, painting and flooring work have a separate scope. Where they affect our furniture, we agree who checks the services and when final measurements can be taken.

Materials and finishes designed as a family

Visual continuity does not mean using the same door in every room. We might repeat a timber with a different tone, reserve a colour for larger pieces or change a handle to suit its use. We make those choices with samples and plans in front of us.

Materials also need to fit the job. Kitchen fronts, bathroom units and bedroom wardrobes face different moisture, cleaning and wear. We compare the board, edge, finish and hardware for each location.

How much does it cost to furnish a complete home in Valencia?

The cost depends on the number and size of pieces, the condition of the spaces, materials and fitting work. Two homes with the same floor area can need very different quotations. We start with an approximate scope and refine it after reviewing the property.

We arrange the proposal by room and item. You can see the kitchen, wardrobe and living room costs, compare finishes and move a piece into a later phase before approving production.

A figure from another property cannot be a fixed price for yours. A useful quotation names the actual pieces, finishes and services included.

How long does a whole-home furnishing project take?

The schedule depends on the approved scope, material availability and the state of the home. The work moves through an initial review, survey, drawings, final quotation, manufacture and fitting; each stage has decisions to settle.

Once dimensions and materials are agreed, we can propose an order for production and visits. For several rooms, it helps to decide which must be usable first. A date is confirmed only when the details affecting it have been resolved.

Tell us early if a move, handover or tenancy sets the deadline. We can then check which pieces should be fitted first and whether the property will be ready to measure and work in.

What is the difference between whole-home furnishing and comprehensive renovation?＋

This service brings together furniture for several rooms. A home renovation may include services, surfaces and building work. If the two run together, the proposal clarifies each team’s work and when the surfaces we measure must be ready.

Can only part of the home be furnished?＋

Yes. We can define an initial phase for urgent pieces and record materials and dimensions worth keeping consistent when the project grows.

Does the service include 3D design?＋

It depends on the design work included. Drawings or 3D views can help with layout and finishes; the proposal states which documents you will receive.

Do you work with new construction apartments?＋

Yes. In an empty home, it can help to plan the kitchen and essential storage first, then schedule living, bedrooms and smaller pieces.

Can you work on the architect's plans?＋

Plans let us study the brief and flag questions. Manufacturing dimensions are checked at the property when building work allows.

Does all the furniture need to be custom made?＋

No. Bespoke and standard pieces can be combined where they work together. Each should be identified so the quotation is clear.

Is the budget divided by rooms?＋

One project, eight different day-to-day routines

Send photographs, a plan if you have one and a list of rooms. We can then discuss priorities and prepare an initial assessment.

Kitchen and daily routines

We plan appliances, preparation space, tall storage and waste around the way you cook. In an open kitchen, we also check how the units appear from the living area.

Water, power and ventilation points need checking before the cabinet widths are final. Other trades’ work is listed separately from our furniture.

Wardrobes by person, not by metre

We start with the contents: long garments, folded items, shoes, luggage and things used only occasionally. That inventory determines the inside of each wardrobe.

If interior lighting is wanted, we plan where it helps people see the contents and where its components can be reached later.

Living room storage without visual noise

From the seating and dining areas, we test what should be visible. Equipment, cable routes and airflow can then be accommodated without dominating the wall.

Display lighting may help a few chosen shelves. We position it for a purpose rather than lighting every compartment alike.

Bedrooms that leave room to move

The room still needs to feel restful. We keep doors, handles and light fittings in proportion to the space around the bed.

Curtains, shutters and cleaning access are checked on the drawing so a new piece does not make them awkward to use.

Bathrooms and utility areas

A utility cupboard may need room for appliances, detergents, tools and linen. We check ventilation and safe access before closing it behind full-height doors.

Appliance clearances follow the manufacturer’s instructions, while door swings are checked against nearby walls and fittings.

A home office that closes down properly

Desk height and depth are working measurements. Shelves and cupboards then need to remain reachable without crowding the seated position.

We list power and data requirements with the equipment so their positions can be checked before panels are made.

One delivery plan for the property

At the address, we confirm loading, lifts, floor protection and any access shared with other trades before arranging delivery.

Handover also covers packaging and any adjustments still to be completed, with the agreed responsibilities recorded.

Phasing and investment priorities

Several rooms need not be produced together. We can agree a material direction and phase the work while keeping later decisions possible.
